Built the engineering organization from scratch at Citrine, a community-first fintech platform launching a Mastercard World Elite consumer credit product.

Scaled the engineering team across mobile, frontend, backend, and data. Architected our platform integrating Plaid (banking), Stripe (payments), Experian (credit), and Highnote (card issuer). Shipped iOS and web applications on fintech-compliant cloud infrastructure.

Spearheaded our design system and monorepo, improving developer efficiency and velocity. Partnered with leadership on technical strategy through three funding rounds.
